After we’ve cleared your land of large trees, there’s still some touch-up work that has to be done to get the look you or your clients want. You might be wondering which service, or combination of services, is right for your unique situation. Here’s a helpful guide.
If you’ve got brush or undergrowth that has to go, forestry mulching is for you.
Our forestry drum mulchers can chew up and spit out small trees and underbrush in minutes, leaving behind a bed of mulch that protects and nourishes the roots of standing trees.
Forestry mulching cuts small trees and brush down to the dirt. Your property will look like a pristine nature park when we pull away. No debris removal services needed.
Stump removal is the act of removing a standing stump, roots and all.
If you’ve got a stump too large for the forestry mulcher to handle, we can pull it up and haul it away.
Our experienced crew will dig down and cut the roots far below the surface to keep the tree from growing back.
With the stump completely gone, there is no danger of tripping or damaging lawn mowing equipment.
Stump grinding is similar to forestry mulching in that we grind the stump into usable mulch. It is also akin to stump removal in that it is the service required for trees larger in diameter.
While stump grinding is more economical than stump removal, the roots of the stump are left in place allowing for regrowth if not kept in check.
We will grind your stump down to the ground, so it will not pose a tripping hazard.
